EXPERIENCE
 Bob
Hill
was raised on a livestock farm in central Iowa. Bob
has a background of experience with animals, including
raising, caring for, and showing registered Suffolk
sheep, horses, shetland ponies, and beef cattle. He
believes in high standards of animal husbandry, including
feeding and veterinary treatment.
Bob graduated from Iowa State University with a degree
in Agriculture and was a Professional Farm Manager with
a bank in Northern Illinois for 38 years. He has earned
the titles of Accredited Farm Manager and Accredited
Agricultural Consultant from the American Society
of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Bob also appraised
farms including land, improvements and livestock.
Throughout their lives, Bob and his wife, Sue Hill,
have had an abiding love of animals and their care.
Together, they have developed a team-style approach
to working with animals. Bob and Sue also manage a non-profit
organization for kids and alpacas called Paca
Peace Ranch for Youth.
